Celebrating seasons of womanhood -
Join Emily Sinclair in this intensive 2 hour workshop where we will take a deep dive into all facets of being a woman in this world & how we can EMBRACE & HONOUR our journey.
Over the course of this workshop we will;
- Explore the idea of seasons in general and how they relate to the feminine flow.
- Look at the seasons of womanhood and identify what season we are in as indivduals.
- Understand rites of passage and how these influence our lived experience
- Reflect on societal narratives
- Sink into a drum journey and meditation
- Explore positive aspects of each respective season that we can embody proudly
- Discuss how we can integrate celebration into our day to day lives as women
At the closing of this workshop it is my hope you will feel;
- EMBODIED in your current feminine life stage
- CONNECTED to your inherent power and to the power of other women around you
- AWARE of deeper subconcious messaging that is not serving us
- PROUD of yourself and what you represent in society and your community

A 2 hour deep dive into womanhood…..
Imagine a world where women stand rooted in their worth—honoring themselves, their families, and their communities. Where from childhood, we embrace the power of our menstrual cycles, stepping into birth with strength and confidence, embodying the deep value of motherhood, and welcoming menopause as a sacred transformation.
How do we show up as women in the world amongst societal narratives that don’t necessarily honour our worth & all the natural extensions of being a woman (cue; menstruation, childbirth, mothering, menopause).
I am here to invite an alternate narrative to the table, one that can become our internal dialogue, our guiding north star as we navigate this life as women. A narrative that celebrates & honours the seasons of womanhood that we traverse across the course of our female life path.
