Meet our practitioners
Emily Sinclair
Hey there I'm Emily Sinclair & I offer a range of women’s health based services in & around the North East Victoria region. With a physiotherapy degree, studies in midwifery, a 12 month intensive doula training qualification under the formidable Rhea Dempsey and a practitioner of pregnancy massage qualification through Pregnancy Massage Australia I am well placed to support women in our community.
I live in a tiny house with my wonderful husband & am a mother to our beautifully energetic 18 month old son. Since traversing my own pregnancy, birthing & mothering journey I have a new found depth of appreciation for women & all we are capable of in this world.
I am a full spectrum DOULA working with women & their families throughout pregnancy, labour, birth & postpartum. I am currently booked to full capacity for 2025.
I am a pregnancy & postpartum MASSAGE THERAPIST working out of The Valley Studio.
I also offer educational WORKSHOPS & EVENTS surrounding women’s rites of passage including; menarche, menstruation & menopause (+ more).
I am deeply passionate about calling women into their inherent power & believe I am here to support others in recognising they are their own best expert & guru.
In early 2021 I relocated back to Myrtleford to live where I was originally born & raised. I love living in the beautiful Victorian High Country & being part of this amazing local community.
I believe our embodied experience of being a woman in the world truly matters. Our experiences as we journey though menarche, menstruation, pregnancy, labour, birth, postpartum, menopause & beyond has a profound effect on who we are as women in the world. I am passionate about supporting women & their respective communities through transformative rites of passage & day to day life.

“Before doing any of the menstrual cycle work with you I would have been so confused why I am so exhausted right now. But because I know I’m on day 27 of my cycle I know why I’m more tired than usual. I now know that it’s time to be quieter whilst I’m at home alone with baby whilst my husband is away for work and I’m back at work for the next few days. I now know there are other ways to slow down like taking a pre prepared dinner out of the freezer and planning a really nourishing meal for lunch. When I’m done with my working day I will just sit becuase that’s all I have to do, just be Mum. Maybe even have a bath with baby tonight as well.
I just wanted to let you know and to say thank you.”
